Smoking slipper, slipper flat, Venetian loafters, whatever you want to call them – I love them. A great alternative to heels or ballet flats, I picked these up in South Korea and am waiting patiently for the snow to melt so I can wear ’em!
Professional enough to wear in the office, but also easily dressed down, I fell in love with these slippers aka “Lonely Shoes” by French designer BLACK Martine Sitbon. Unique, fun and whimsical, you actually get three shoes – talk about value! You receive one matching pair of shoes that have an identical image on the top (mine are fawns), and included is a third shoe with a different image (mine is the circular-logo-stamp). You can wear the matching pair or switch it up if you don’t want to be matchy-matchy that day. I opted for these red tweedy ones but there seems to be plenty of colours to choose from online. Bonus, they weren’t ridiculously expensive!
